Shiny Top Coat cures tack-free in 60 seconds in the Mint Tint UV/LED Nail Lamp.  Even though there is no sticky inhibition layer after curing, it is highly recommended to wipe tack-free top coats with Cleanser to remove any unreacted monomer. Always wipe nails carefully with while avoiding the surrounding skin.
